Gbemiga Oladele is an experienced finance and investment expert with over 22 years of experience in various sectors, including Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, PPP Transactions, Infrastructure Financing, Tech Business, Transaction structuring and Public Finance Management, A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and various other professional certifications in Finance, Public-Private Partnerships and Strategy.

He also holds an MBA in PPP from Malaysia University of Science & Technology and another Masters in Strategic Management from OAU, Ife.

In his previous role as Head of Financial Modeling in the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), he was actively involved in structuring more than 70 PPP transactions worth over $15bn.

Before his role at ICRC, he was involved in infrastructure advisory as a consultant working on projects such as Ilubrin Development Project, Warehouse in Box Concession, Abuja Metering Project, etc.

Gbemiga’s passion lies in proffering solutions to bridging Africa’s infrastructure financing gap through innovative financing structures tailor-made for Africa.
