Adedara Kayode is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry from Federal University of Technology, Akure in Ondo State. Mr Adedara Kayode has been in audit environment for a period of over 15 (fifteen) years. He is a Certified Internal Lead Auditor, highly experienced and very articulate, a seasoned Chartered Tax Practitioner to the core and Certified Lead Auditor.
He has acquired various experiences in the field of accountancy and taxation spanning a period of over fifteen (15) years. Within this period, he worked in various organizations mainly in Chartered Accountants firms that specialized in System Development, Auditing, and Tax Consultancy Services.
He was part of the team that designed and implemented the computerized revenue collection and accounting system for increased and sustainable internally generated revenue for Rivers and Imo state. He was tax audit team leader to multinational and Banks Tax Audit Exercise, an assignment conducted on behalf of Lagos State Government, Delta State Government and Federal Government.
He has had more professional experience in Business Developement, paper Presentation, facilitators and consulting. He is a versatile resources person involved in many seminars for various organizations.
